By purchasing a ticket to a LooBloo event, you agree to the following terms.

Tickets and Refunds

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and changes of plans. Please make sure you’re available on the event date before purchasing.

Can’t Attend?

If you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [email address]. Our events are carefully balanced, so an early heads-up gives us time to find a replacement and keeps the experience great for everyone. While refunds aren’t available, we truly appreciate the notice.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the order. Names on tickets may be checked against photo ID at check-in.

Event Changes and Cancellations

LooBloo may reschedule, relocate, or change event details when necessary. If we cancel an event entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Age and Eligibility

Attendees must be 21 or older and within the age range listed for the event, if one is given. A valid photo ID may be required at check-in. Attendees who don’t meet the requirements may be refused entry without a refund.

Check-In

Please have your ticket ready on your phone or printed when you arrive. Tickets are valid for one entry only.

Code of Conduct

LooBloo events are meant to be fun, respectful, and comfortable for everyone. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, unwanted physical contact, or excessive intoxication will not be tolerated. LooBloo and venue staff may remove anyone from an event, without a refund, for behavior that makes others uncomfortable or unsafe.

Personal Safety

LooBloo introduces attendees in a public setting, but we do not screen or run background checks on guests. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety, both at the event and when meeting anyone afterward. We encourage meeting new connections in public places and letting a friend know your plans.

Alcohol

If alcohol is served, the venue’s rules apply, and you must be of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.

Photos and Video

Photos or video may be taken at events and used on LooBloo’s website and social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let a LooBloo host know at check-in.

Liability

LooBloo is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, or for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs at an event or as a result of attending, except where required by law.

Communications

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive emails about your order and event details. You’ll only receive marketing emails, such as announcements for future events, if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
